Christmas Fun Day Format 4 Man Florida Texas Scramble (Medal) Handicap allowance: Ladies receive +1.3 stroke adjustment 25%/20%/15%/10% from lowest to highest (after Ladies adjustment) Ladies Play from the red tees Rules The format is a 4 player Florida Scramble, each player in the team takes a tee shot but on the following stroke on the hole only 3 players hit shots. One golfer (the one whose previous stroke was selected as the teams best) marks the position of his ball and then picks it up and sits out the next stroke. The other 3 players then place their balls within 6 inches of the marked position but not nearer the hole and play from that position. This continues until the ball is holed. On the next hole all 4 tee off again and the same format -three play and one sits out- begins again. However each player in the team must use at least 4 drives during the round which must be clearly marked on the card. Handicap allowance will be 25%,20%, 15%,10% (after ladies adjustment) from the lowest to highest players handicap. On the putting surface as in the rules of golf players may not stand directly behind the person putting to see their line. The gross score for each hole is recorded and the team handicap (Which will be marked on the card) is subtracted at the end as per a medal competition.
